ORDERING

• Please call or e-mail DessertsbyJanis to order.
• We will then email you to confirm your order and advise an exact payment amount.
• At least 5 working days notice is required for any order. Under some circumstances, we may be able to complete orders at shorter notice, so please contact us for confirmation before ordering.
• Payment must be received in full before online orders are completed.
• Please note there is a minimal order amount for all of our products.

SPECIAL ORDERS

If you have any special requirements to your order, please contact us directly to discuss details.
If for some reason we cannot accommodate this request, we will advise you asp via email.

DELIVERY

• Within the Fairfax Metro area Monday to Saturday
• Delivery cost is $15
• Sunday deliveries (by special request)
• Deliveries on Sundays attract 10% surcharge
• Deliveries on Saturdays between
• Delivery fee may change depending on area and day
• Delivery can be made directly to your event venue - please provide the following:
  - venue address (and venue name where applicable)
  - contact person or event coordinator name
  - contact phone/mobile number
  - times available for delivery
  - any special delivery or setup instructions
• Someone must be available to accept the order or prior arrangements made with us.

Note that if there is no one available to accept the delivery, delays may occur that are out of our control, and may result in an unsatisfactory product being provided due to the perishable nature of the products.
Payment

• All  prices are in Dollars
• A 20% deposit must be paid for all orders over $100 either by cheque or bank deposit upon confirmation of the order
  
  All orders under $100 must be paid in full by cheque or bank deposit before delivery.
• Payment options we can currently accept are Direct Bank Deposit, Cheque or Cash,

Quality control

We endeavor to provide you with the most accurate representation of colors on our website, but please understand that due to the different colors that can be produced on your screen, slight color variations may occur.

If you are unsure of a color, or require a specific color, please provide us with a sample so we can match it exactly.
Remember, if you are unsure about anything, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.
Refund/Exchanges
At DessertsbyJanis, we aim to deliver the best possible product.
We will gladly refund, exchange or credit where goods:

• Are faulty - this does not include breakages in the delivery process where the delivery is out of our control.
• Have been wrongly described.

If you are unsure of a product, please contact us prior to ordering, and we can discuss samples.
Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you:

• Simply change your mind, or
• Make a wrong decision.

Privacy/Security

When placing an order with DessertsbyJanis, your details are not reproduced in any way, or passed on to anyone.
Any information we collect from you is for the sole purpose of processing your order and will not be tendered, sold, exchanged, or otherwise disclosed to anyone unless required by law.  
DessertsbyJanis does not store customer account details and prides itself on its discretion.
Unfortunately, due to the perishable and sensitive nature of our products, we currently do not provide interstate deliveries.
